There is a natural approach to keeping your hair healthy, happy and shiny. Try the following:
- Eat food rich in protein, essential fatty acids, carotene's, iron, silica, zinc, vitamins E,C, and vitamin B (especially biotin) to have a healthy head of hair. And don't forget lots of leafy green vegetables, fruits and sprouts.
- Conditioner for dry hair: Beat and egg well and add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 tsp of vinegar to it. Mix well and apply it to your scalp and remain for half an hour. Then wash well with a good shampoo.
- Vinegar is a great conditioner and can give shine to your hair. Mix 1 tbsp of vinegar in amug of water and add it to your last rinse. It also frizz in dry hair and is a good remedy to control dandruff.
- The chemicals in shampoo can be harsh on your hair. Try herbal shampoos instead. Use a wide-toothed comb to remove tangles and do not comb wet hair. Avoid using hair dryer to dry your hair whenever possible. Whenever you have the time let it air-dry.
